Return Policy
If the original purchaser wishes to return SnipeLights within 30 days of purchase, they can receive a full refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition. To obtain a return authorization, the customer should send an email to celly@snipelights.com, ensuring that the freight charges are prepaid. Additionally, a copy of the invoice or order number should be attached. After CellySports receives the product and completes an inspection, a full refund will be issued.
Any products which are found to have been damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Warranty Policy
Upon receiving the SnipeLight targets, customers are provided with a 1 year warranty that remains valid. If a target experiences any malfunctioning issues during this period, it is advised to contact celly@snipelights.com. In the communication, please include a detailed explanation of the problem along with video evidence. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement target or electronics case. We aim to be accommodating in resolving such matters, so please don’t hesitate to reach out regarding any concerns. However, please note that any signs of tampering or attempts to open the electronics case will result in the warranty becoming void.
